Many Maasai children live in rural, impoverished areas that make it difficult for families to afford to send their kids to school. They face a lot of challenges in the fight to break the cycle of poverty and too many will remain there without a helping hand.

Hope For The Maasai is committed to providing a brighter future for these precious children through our sponsorship program, We match sponsors with specific childen that they will know by name. Sponsors are able to interact personally through letters, photos and updates if they choose. With your help, we can change the course of their lives and help make their dreams become a reality.

Christine's Story

Christine was very desperate about her looming future. Because of severe hardships, her father was unable to  send her to school and could no longer support the entire family.   As a result, she was soon to be sold into marriage against her will at the young age of 14.  She had no hope for the future.  When she found out that Hope For The Maasai would be paying her school tuition, she was overcome with joy knowing she had been delivered from her plight.  She said, “Now I have a dream.”
